About Us
Parents can be empowered through behavioral science! Whether you're raising a typically-developing or atypically-developing child, you can achieve lasting positive behavioral change utilizing the science of behavior.
Jessica Bowers' journey began more than 15 years ago, sitting in a therapist’s office with her four-year-old boy, hearing the words “autism diagnosis” for the first time. But she quickly learned that behavioral science applied to all her children, typically-developing not otherwise, and also made her a more confident parent.
She wanted to share this empowerment with others, giving them a partner and a guide through the parenting.
The Real Thinking Mom is this guide. Whether you’re raising typically developing children or your child has been given a behavioral diagnosis, you’ll find science and research-backed tools for your parenting toolkit, real-life solutions, and community.
We’re glad you’re here.
